In emergency, UPS immediately provides the power to servers and network equipment for maximum 45 minutes until the emergency power generators operate. Our data centers can provide continuous service during the emergencies like hot weather, regional power outrage, electrical accident, etc. Also, our 24/7/365 power management team monitors power distribution and power supply.

Power Generator

Our power generators guarantee stable power supply to each of our data center. It is wired at the back side of UPS, and it operates automatically within 2 minutes during power failures. Every month, our power generator team and power distribution team collaborate to test the power outrage as if it is a real incident. This certifies that our infrastructure is not just simply constructed as described above, but they are actually working in condition.

They control the temperature and humidity of data centers to maintain the best status for server hosting. Although some of other data centers change their temperature settings to higher temperature to lower their cost, Suntek’s data centers always maintain the best temperature for server hosting.
